0.5cupgranulated sugarmixed with 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuits, separate them, and cut each biscuit into 6 small wedge-shaped pieces.
In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. Slowly add baking soda, being careful as it will fizz.
Working in batches, drop biscuit pieces into the boiling water for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and let excess water drip off onto the prepared baking sheet.
Arrange bites in a single layer and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
While baking, melt the butter in one shallow bowl and combine cinnamon and sugar in another.
When pretzel bites come out of the oven, brush with melted butter and immediately toss in cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
Serve warm, on their own or with a favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Add baking soda to boiling water slowly to avoid excessive foaming. Boil and bake in batches to prevent sticking. Adjust cinnamon-sugar to taste for desired sweetness.
