Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a thick and well blended paste forms.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The topping should be golden brown and slightly crisp.
Remove the dish from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2–3 minutes of baking. You can also add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving for a brighter flavor. Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
