  • 1 cup water or pineapple juice for the roasting pan

Glaze

  • 1.5 cups dark brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup pineapple juice or orange juice
  • 0.5 tsp ground cloves
  • whole cloves optional, for studding the ham

Notes
